Rental termsWhat do I pay online?
TiaRental charges the booking prepayment shown at checkout. The remaining rental balance and refundable deposit are paid to the rental company according to the vehicle conditions.
Can I drive outside Albania?
Yes, only when the specific vehicle allows it. Select the countries you plan to visit. Any extra fee, insurance requirement or approval is shown before payment.
Are prices final?
Mandatory rental charges known to TiaRental are included in the displayed total. Optional extras, deposits and clearly disclosed location or border fees are shown separately.
Can I cancel?
Standard TiaRental cancellation is fully refundable more than 7 days before pick-up, 50% refundable from 3 to 7 days, and non-refundable inside 72 hours unless a vehicle has a more flexible policy.
What if the rental company cancels?
TiaRental first tries to offer a comparable replacement. If you do not accept it, the amount paid through TiaRental is refunded in full.
How are reviews verified?
Only customers with a completed TiaRental booking can submit a verified rental review. Reviews are linked to the booking and moderated for abuse, not for negative opinions.
What documents do I need?
Normally you need a valid driving licence and passport or identity document. Minimum driver age and licence experience are set per vehicle.
